The Canyon Striped Cotton Woven Throw Blanket
There is a hour at the edge of the desert when the light goes long and gold, and the whole landscape seems to slow down. The Canyon is built for that hour.
Bold horizontal bands of deep espresso brown frame a warm ivory field, with clean barn-red stripes running through the center — a palette drawn from canyon walls at dusk and a hundred years of American ranch textiles. Woven, not printed, with the weight and texture of a piece meant to be used for years, not saved for one.
It belongs draped over a weathered chair on a desert porch, carried out to watch the sun drop behind the mesas, folded at the foot of a bed in a quiet cabin. The kind of blanket that gets better with every wash and softer with every year.
The Beauty of the Loom
Every blanket is physically woven rather than printed. The fringe comes straight from the threads of the weave — a vibrant, multi-color fringe along the sides from the raw thread colors, and a dark fringe at the top and bottom from the foundation threads. Inside the body, those colors cross over a darker base for a pattern that reads richer and more muted than the bright fringe edges. It's a depth and texture printing can't reproduce.
