Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at customerservice@triniskies.com or through our Contact page at triniskies.com. Returns should be sent to: 118 Sleepy Point Way, Suffolk, VA 23435, United States. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Personalized or customized products, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges We are happy to help with exchanges for a different size or style on non-personalized items. Contact us at customerservice@triniskies.com to arrange one.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
