Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Standard and expedited options are available.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship throughout the United States via trusted carriers.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Delays Occasionally, weather, customs, or carrier issues may cause delays. Trini Skies is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Trini Skies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Items If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
