The River King is a tribute to the strike — a massive rainbow trout caught mid-leap, twisting out of churning whitewater against a backdrop of deep, moody pines.

Woven from 100% cotton — woven, not printed — in iridescent threads of moss green, silver-blue, and a striking crimson stripe that mirror the shimmer of a wild trout. The whitewater spray is built through texture rather than ink, giving the piece a tactile, dimensional feel. The forest behind it runs charcoal and emerald, pushing the trout's colors forward. Woven fringe finishes all four sides.

A true statement piece — draped over a leather armchair, layered at the foot of a river-house bed, or hung as a large-scale tapestry in a study. It commands a room like a fine oil painting.

The Beauty of the Loom

Every blanket is physically woven rather than printed. The fringe comes straight from the threads of the weave — a vibrant, multi-color fringe along the sides from the raw thread colors, and a dark fringe at the top and bottom from the foundation threads. Inside the body, those colors cross over a darker base for a pattern that reads richer and more muted than the bright fringe edges. It's a depth and texture printing can't reproduce.
